Xbox Launches Prototype Lancer That Can Cut Pizza
To celebrate the launch of Gears of War: E-Day, Xbox has released a limited edition Prototype Lancer pizza cutter in collaboration with Prince St. Pizza, which has already sold out.
The launch of Gears of War: E-Day is just around the corner, and to celebrate the upcoming release, XBOX has launched a special marketing campaign that will let you get your hands on a Prototype Lancer. Yes, you read that right—that beloved and deadly weapon from the Gears series can be yours, well... sort of. The Prototype Lancer in question is actually a pizza cutter being sold in a limited edition (and already sold out) in collaboration with Prince St. Pizza.
Alongside the Prototype Lancer, which as mentioned has already sold out, the pizzeria will also sell the Emergence Pie, a special pizza created as an homage to the game, and purchasers of the Emergency Pizza will receive a code that grants them a unique pizza emblem inside E-Day. Unfortunately for us, this totally awesome campaign isn't available locally, but if you're determined enough, we're sure you'll be able to find some Prototype Lancers making their way to the virtual shelves of eBay.
