Raise Anchor and Set Sail: The PS5 Pro Version of Black Flag Resynced Showcased
Ubisoft reveals the PS5 Pro enhancements for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced ahead of its November 9th launch, featuring 4K upscaled resolution with PSSR support and three performance modes.
One of the biggest games this month is the return of Edward Kenway to center stage with Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. We're already hard at work on our review of the game, and two weeks ago Ubisoft officially announced that it has gone gold and is ready for its full launch arriving on the 9th of the month. Now that we've officially entered the home stretch before launch, we're getting more information about the PS5 Pro version.
The new trailer for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced shows us some of the features of the PS5 Pro version, which will offer PSSR support as well. On the performance front, it's been revealed that the enhanced version will run at 4K resolution (upscaled, not native) with three available modes - a performance mode at 60FPS with standard Ray-Tracing, a quality mode at 30FPS with enhanced Ray-Tracing, or a balanced mode at 45FPS with enhanced Ray-Tracing. It was also stated that thanks to the console's additional computing power, the game should run more stably with fewer frame drops compared to the base version.
