Official: Mortal Shell II Launches August 20th

The intriguing Soulslike game Mortal Shell 2 has received its official release date, and it's August 20th. The game will launch for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and will be priced at $60.

Mortal Shell II will function as a standalone sequel to the original game in the series that launched in 2020 (meaning there is no direct story connection between the two games), and it aims to deliver a more complete and deeper experience than the original by significantly expanding and improving nearly every core element of the game. The game will be a classic Soulslike in which we'll need to face brutal and challenging enemies in a mysterious and unknown game world, while incorporating an open-world exploration experience that will give the player freedom of action when it comes to navigating the world and tackling the various challenges it will contain.
