Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced System Requirements Revealed
Following its full reveal on Thursday, Ubisoft has published the PC system requirements for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, divided into four tiers ranging from 1080p/30FPS at low settings to 4K/60FPS at ultra settings.
After a very long wait, on Thursday we got the full reveal of Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. From the moment the game was unveiled, it received a lot of praise and positive feedback from the gaming community, as it appears to stay faithful to the original while also introducing several additions and improvements to the gameplay that will bring it up to the standard we expect from games in 2026. Alongside the reveal, the game's Steam page went live, and shortly after, the system requirements for the game were also published.
The PC system requirements for Black Flag Resynced are divided into four tiers:
Minimum Requirements (1080p at 30FPS on low settings):
- Processor: Intel i5 8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- Graphics Card: AMD RX 5500 XT or Nvidia GTX 1660 or Intel A580
- Memory: 16GB RAM
- Storage: 65GB on SSD
Recommended Requirements (1080p at 60FPS on medium settings):
- Processor: Intel i5 10600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- Graphics Card: AMD RX 6600 XT or Nvidia RTX 3060 or Intel B580
- Memory: 16GB RAM
- Storage: 65GB on SSD
High Requirements (1440p at 60FPS or 4K on high settings):
- Processor: Intel i5 11600K or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- Graphics Card: AMD RX 6800 XT or Nvidia RTX 3080
- Memory: 16GB RAM
- Storage: 65GB on SSD
Extreme Requirements (4K at 60FPS on ultra settings):
- Processor: Intel i7 12700K or AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
- Graphics Card: AMD RX 7900 XTX or Nvidia RTX 4090
- Memory: 16GB RAM
- Storage: 65GB on SSD

Overall, it appears the game's system requirements are reasonable and will allow the vast majority of players to jump in and enjoy it with good graphical quality. That said, we can see that Ubisoft is relying on various upscaling technologies to reach the performance targets it has set, but we've already come to terms with the fact that this is what the gaming market has looked like in recent years. Finally, we also see confirmation of various other features that are always good to see, such as support for ultra-wide monitors, Ray Tracing support, a built-in benchmarking tool, and even dedicated graphics modes for handheld consoles.
Black Flag Resynced will launch on July 9 for PC and current-gen consoles.
