007 First Light System Requirements and Length Revealed

With just 16 days until launch, 007 First Light is confirmed to be around 20 hours long with a tactical simulator mode for replay value, alongside detailed system requirements ranging from 1080p/30fps to 4K/200fps.

We're just 16 days away from the launch of 007 First Light. Personally, I'm very excited about the game, but I also think it won't meet all the expectations people have for it and we might be looking at a major disappointment here - but we'll find that out after our full review of the game. Now we're getting information that the game is expected to be around 20 hours long, alongside a "tactical simulator" mode that will give players the ability to replay missions in different ways, providing additional playtime.

Alongside the game's length, we've also recently received updated system requirements that include much more detailed information about performance and resolutions than what we got before:

Minimum Requirements (1080p at 30FPS on low settings):

  • Processor: Intel i5 9500 or AMD Ryzen 5 3500
  • Graphics Card: AMD RX 5700 or Nvidia GTX 1660
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Storage Space: 80GB on SSD

Recommended Requirements (1080p at 60FPS on medium settings):

  • Processor: Intel i5 13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600
  • Graphics Card: AMD RX 6700 XT or Nvidia RTX 3060Ti
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Storage Space: 80GB on SSD

High Requirements (1440p at 60FPS on high settings):

  • Processor: Intel i5 13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600
  • Graphics Card: AMD RX 7800 XT or Nvidia RTX 4070
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Storage Space: 80GB on SSD

High Requirements (4K at 60FPS on high settings):

  • Processor: Intel i5 13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600
  • Graphics Card: AMD RX 7900 XTX or Nvidia RTX 4080
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Storage Space: 80GB on SSD

Ultra Requirements (4K at 200FPS on ultra settings):

  • Processor: Intel i7 13600K or AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
  • Graphics Card: Nvidia RTX 5080
  • Memory: 32GB RAM
  • Storage Space: 80GB on SSD

I don't think the system requirements are particularly surprising here, and perhaps the most interesting detail is that we'll be able to reach a very high framerate of over 200FPS on the 5080 using DLSS 4.5. Another new thing noted alongside the system requirements is that at launch, 007 First Light will not support Ray Tracing lighting, which will be added to the game as part of an update expected to arrive during the summer.

007 First Light launches on May 27 for PC and current-gen consoles.
